My favourite place to go for maths games has now more new games. My students played some of them yesterday and they were enthralled as usual.

Chubz Diner

2010-05-14_1647

Help Chubz out by learning how to work the diner. When in here you can help Teith open cans, Zaga cook carrots, Bluecran serve tables, and Clean-O clean up spills! You can  practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division facts!

Baxley Bear: Going Fishing

2010-05-14_1654

Baxley Bear is hungry so it is time to go fishing! Move your bear back and forth to catch the right fish for Baxley. A great way to practise addition,  subtraction, multiplication, or division facts!

Winston Detective Agency

2010-05-14_1654_001

Winston is on the case to find the missing turtle shell! In order to interview the suspects, you will have to get your addition facts correct!

Peabody the Penguin!

2010-05-14_1706

Practice your math fact while helping Peabody the Penguin catch as many fish as he can through the TEN levels! Find the key each time to open the door to the next level. The game practises addition, subtraction and division. My students loved trying to get Peabody through the ice levels and avoid the seals.

Natasha also has a great blog where you can check out if any new games come onto the site. Here is the link http://www.fun4thebrain.blogspot.com/

These are such cute games, students are going to have so much fun with them. Thanks for sharing, I hadn’t seen that these new games had been added.

Thanks for the suggestion! Will definitely check out this site.
As I teach a class of all boys I am always trying to find new maths games resources. We also like Johnnies Maths Page (http://jmathpage.com/), but its for home use with the kids as DET have blocked it. We just love ‘Rock n Roll’ in the Puzzle and Logic page.
